We are looking for a Vice-President Operations to build Explorer Academy into a category defining, high growth, high impact, high margin edtech startup.
The VP of Operations is a senior decision-maker. The VPO is responsible for the company’s day to day operations. These include:
EA is a startup, consequently, the VPO will be responsible for building the company’s operational procedures, protocols and practices. The VPO will also develop and implement operational reporting frameworks to ensure that the company is working towards achieving its key milestones, KPIs, and operations related strategic goals. The VPO will work with the CEO and COO to build and implement the company’s overall operational strategies.
As the individual responsible for day-to-day operations, the VPO will be a “budget-owner” responsible for developing the budgets for business operations and maintaining compliance to the same.
The VPO will report directly to the COO but will also work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders.
